Omg! 17 People Dead In A Fire Accident - China Attacks

The death toll in the arson attack on a bus in northwestern China rose to 17 after the discovery of three bodies in the charred remains of the vehicle, as announced the City authorities Yinchuan.

Another 32 people were injured, one in critical condition, while the alleged perpetrator of the fire has been arrested, officials said at a press conference, the official Xinhua news agency said.

The suspect, identified as Ma Yongping, was arrested on a building site with part of his burnt clothing, although authorities have not disclosed details of how the bus caught fire and their reasons.

The fire occurred at 07.08 local time on Tuesday (23.08 GMT Monday) in Yinchuan, capital of Ningxia Autonomous Region, where urban transport bus was near a mall road railway station.

Witnesses reported that the fire started in the back of the vehicle and quickly spread to the front, so the survivors fled in haste.

The bus, which seats 84 people, was not fully occupied at the time of the incident and was completely charred by flames.
